where is the best place to go scuba diving in Florida?
Question by OrangeSharpie: where is the best place to go scuba diving in Florida?
I want a place that is close to Orlando/Kissimi, I understand it gets better the further south i go, however, this is not an option. I am with my family and we have prearranged times to go places and I have only one day to go scuba diving and must be within around a 1-1 1/2 hour drive of the location. I have my advanced open water through PADI.

Where is there a good place to go scuba diving in Florida?
Question by Luteybooty: Where is there a good place to go scuba diving in Florida?
Im going on a vacation, never been scuba diving before. Where is there a place to rent scuba gear for a reasonable price? I dont want a pool or set up atmosphere- I’m looking for reef and actual marine wildlife. I’m assuming these are guided experiences. About 100 mile radius from Orlando. Thank you for any help.

every dropzone has slightly different price structures. I would recommend you call a few places and ask about their prices. consider travel and lodging costs as well. In some cases dropzones will make deals with you if you make a big purchase all at once. For example, if you offer a large sum for all the AFF jumps, gear rental, some coaching jumps and solo jumps then you might be able to get a deal.
Welcome to the sport! Blue Skies and good luck!
